Do not devalue the word of God because of the package it is wrapped in. Someone came to me ‘jokingly’ saying, “you’re too young to be saved.” To make sure the conversaiotn did not become awkward, I laughed and brushed it off. However, it is a common thought most people think when they see someone like me. I am 25.
The word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” “Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.” But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord.
Jeremiah 1:4-8
In my time alone with God, He told me at 24, I would acquire knowledge and wisdom swiftly, unlike others take years to obtain. I pray daily for the wisdom of Solomon. Our Lord Jesus and God Almighty blessed me and continues to daily. I am still hungry. Stay hungry people of God! When you ask, there is nothing that He has done for me, He would not do for you. He is good.
